Email david@joingravitate.com with your client name, the tool you called, the approximate time and the error message. Keep photos, credentials and personal information out of the report.

Common connection issues

• Use https://joingravitate.com/mcp with Streamable HTTP, not the older SSE transport.
• A browser GET to /mcp returns 405 by design. Read the setup guide or use an MCP client.
• On HTTP 429, wait for the Retry-After period. On 413, reduce the request body.
• No API key is required. The tools accept enumerated choices and numeric observations, not image files.
• If the assistant offers photo generation or checkout, ask it to check get_service_status. Those capabilities are paused.
